These terms of purchase define the procedure:
1. ordering,

3. delivery,
4. return and complaint.

The Seller (Supplier) is Capuchas doo for trade via the Internet store  https://www.peau.hr   (hereinafter peau swimwear).
The buyer of the goods is a visitor of the online store  https://www.peau.hr  who selects at least one product, puts it in the cart, fills in the electronic order form and sends the order to the Seller.
The purchase allows the customer to purchase all available products and the entered data is used only for the current purchase, but will not be stored in the customer base of the Internet store.
All prices are expressed in the Croatian national currency Croatian kuna (kn), including 25% VAT.
Featured product prices include the cost of transportation, shipping or postal services that are not charged extra.
All payments are made in the Croatian national currency Croatian kuna (kn).

1. Ordering


Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Goods are ordered by electronic form.
After the order is concluded and sent, the customer will receive an automatically generated message from the peau swimwear system that the order has been received.
The customer will receive an order confirmation notification by e-mail after checking the availability of the product.
If the Seller is not able to deliver all ordered products, it will promptly inform the Buyer by e-mail and inform him about other possibilities.
If the Buyer does not agree with the offered changes or delays, he may cancel the order in its entirety.
The buyer can cancel the order until the moment of its sending and after that the buyer is obliged to pick up the shipment.

3. Delivery


Free shipping is for all orders.
We will deliver the ordered products to the GLS delivery service with the flex delivery option with the possibility of changing the delivery time.
Delivery time is 10 working days.
We deliver exclusively in the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

After shipment, you will receive an e-mail and a message from the GLS delivery service with details and delivery time.
Delivery is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
The recipient is obliged to provide the exact mobile phone number in order to inform about the delivery in a timely manner. If you have received a notification from the delivery service about the arrival of the shipment, you can contact it and arrange for subsequent delivery or delivery to another address.
The products will be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. When taking over the product, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the courier, or refuse to pick up the shipment on which external damage is visible.
Goods are insured against loss in delivery.

4.Returns and Complaints   

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE AND RETURN OF GOODS

The buyer or consumer has the right to terminate the sales contract without reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods, so that the termination is submitted in writing before the deadline for unilateral termination by sending an e-mail to peau@peau.hr. For all questions and comments, the Seller has a professional service that is available from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3 pm, by phone: 099/733 3302.

Resolving consumer disputes


We hereby inform you that we resolve any dispute amicably – by mutual agreement, as well as your right to use out-of-court consumer dispute resolution mechanisms with the right to initiate out-of-court dispute resolution by submitting an application to the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, and / or submitting a conciliation proposal. The trader and the consumer will try to resolve any disputes by agreement and amicably, otherwise the Court in Zagreb has jurisdiction.
